I don’t want to order via the internet , can I speak with someone directly?

YES! Elizabeth Lynn Designs is known for personal service. Call our customer service number and someone will speak with you or return your call in a timely manner.


Do I pay Sales Tax?

If an order is shipped within New York State, appropriate sales tax will be charged. Orders shipped outside New York State will not be charged Sales Tax.


How long will it take to get my order?

Each order will vary depending on the vendor you choose. We will notify you if there is going to be any extraordinary time delays on any of our products. We encourage you to call or email us with specific delivery questions.


There are so many items to choose from. Can someone assist me on my selections?

YES! We are here to make your shopping experience enjoyable. It helps greatly if you can give us details such as style, theme, and budget etc. that you are interested in. This will help us better direct you.


What is your return policy?

Any personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable.
General gifts may be exchanged only within 10 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for any postage in the return process and the original receipt must be with the return.


What if mistakes are made on my order?

We pride ourselves on attention and details. We also know that mistakes happen, and if the error is on our end we will reproduce the product at no charge to you. IT MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER (unfortunately after that time period any corrections would be made at your expense).
If you determine the mistake was yours, please contact us within 7 days and we will do everything to work with you to have the item redone and discuss if a discount can be applied.


What if the product looks different than it did online when it was ordered?

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. We also know that computer screens do vary and there can be variances in color etc. If this is of concern to you, please contact us before placing the order and we will be glad to assist you.

Do I have to pay with a credit card?

Yes. We are unable to take checks online.


Is the payment site secure?

Yes, we use Pay Pal. Any payment information given is never seen or stored by anyone.
